Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Keeping my soon to be ex wife's boyfriend away from the kids

My wife left because I found out she was having an affair. We both agreed to not introduce the kids ( which are 9 and 3 ) to anyone we meet for a few months and not until the other one of us meets them first. I do not want my ex wife to bring alot of different guys around. She has been with this guy for about 4 months I have been around him but I know he has alot of guns and different firearms in his house. In the temporary orders the kids are not aloud at his house for saftey reasons. How can I keep him completely away from the kids? I don't trust him being around them. Is their anything that would hold up in court because I think he is a danger to the kids safety?

If you have Temporary Orders I assume you have an attorney. If you have an attorney, that is who should be answering these questions.

If you don't have an attorney you need to hire one NOW. This is far too complicated a situation to try to handle on your own.
