Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can a keylogger be used as evidence in a divorce

My husband kept a keylogger on my computer during the last part of our marriage. I have never physically cheated but I have flirted and made male friends through chatting. Can he use anything on the keylogger in a divorce?

Maybe. You are going to need a good family law attorney. I'd start looking for one now.
