Do kids have a choice if they want to go with the noncostodial parent or not if its the noncostodial parents weekend?

Generally, No. Some orders have specific language that says that the noncustodial parent's visitation rights are subject to the child's willingness to go. But if that language is not in the order, then the child has no choice.
