Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How can I get my kids custody? We are citizens, and went back to india for couple of years. There he tortured me in all the ways he can, and threw me and my kids out of the house. I decided to come back, get a job and take care of my kids. I came and found a job, didn't had enough money, asked him one favor, to bring the kids here. He brought them here and not giving them to me. He transferred his job to Dallas and took a 2 bed apt and kept the kids over there

My husband keep on threatening me of a divorce, and stating that he will keep the kids, and I should just move on with the life.
