one of my kids whats to live with the mother
I have two kids they both live with me in NM but I have a 13 year old that would like to live with her mother in AZ but I don't what her to go live over there, so I need to know what can I do?

File a motion with the court to modify the parenting plan. Be sure to get Mom on board before you file, in fact it would be best if you file a joint motion. If Mom is in agreement the court will likely approve, but it may require transferring jurisdiction over that child to a court in Arizona.

Am not sure why you posted this as related to TX law. If it is because the original orders are out of a Texas court, then you need to register and transfer the decree to NM. Or you might have made a typo. You need to modify the orders, but will need a NM lawyer.
