Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i dont want him to see kids

i have five kids. the oldest was just adopted by my husband. my son and twin girls have not seen thier dad in over 2 years. he also has not paid child support since feb. 2003. he left texas to utah two years ago to escape paying child support. i have hired support kids network to help locate him but even with the phone interviews they have had with him i have yet to see any money or have a phone call from him. this man has found so many ways around the system it really makes me sick. but most of all he still has rights to them and could come any day he likes. i dont want him to see my kids at all. my husband wants to adopt them. what can i do?

You can modify the current visitation.

Or your new husband could try to adopt the kids.

If you would like a quote on either service, please give my office a telephone call.
