Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have my kids for visitation. There was a miscommunication on when to return the kids to the other parent. They want them back this Thursday, I'm unable to take off work untill next Thursday. The other parent said they are going to have me arrested if I do not return them Thursday. Could I go to jail if I let did let them know I couldn't return them.

You won't get arrested. The police don't work that way.
