Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have three kids and my wife filed for a divorce and I'm making 16 an hour 40 hours a week. how many percent is the child support for the three kids and it is before taxes or after.

Assuming that you don't have any other children (by another woman) other than these three: Child support will be 30% of your NET income (after taxes). You're looking at $690 per month.
