Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What kind of proof do you have to have for adultery?

I have been married for 8 years and although i have not walked in the room and caught my husband cheating, any time his friends are involved there is a reason I can't go yo whatever they are planning and he never goes where he says he will.He always winds up somewhere else. He also does not come home or call to check in for at least 24 hours. I am understanding and agree that he should have time away with his friends but we have three children and they have never woken up and found that I was not home. I have made a point when seeing my friends to go to a respectful place (as in not topless!) and then come home. He feels that this is within his right. Do I have to live with this until i catch him ''with his pants down''? Or worse my babys and I get a disease or is this enough proof for adultery?

I think you are asking the wrong question.

Are you better off with him or without him?

If you are better off with him, then you (or both of you) should attend marriage counseling and try to save your marriage (or at least your sanity).

If you are better off without him, then you need to file for divorce. In Texas, there is "no fault" divorce.

I don't understand why you are so worried about adultery.

If you would like a personal phone consultation. Please call 713-847-6000.

Good luck!
