In Texas, a spouse's income is not calculated in a person's child support obligation.

Enter into a pre-nuptual agreement that your incomes are separate. If you get married and live in Texas, then Fran's answer seems your solution. BTW, when you marry someone with kids you get all that goes with it.

In addition to the other ideas, you can try to reduce the support obligation.
If you fiance's income has dropped since the last support order have her hire a lawyer to file a motion to modify the support to reflect the decreased income. Also if you have kids, after you marry, have her adopt them and file another motion to modify to reflect the additional kids she must support.
