Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Laat year my ex sent me papers to go into court for child support. I have to admit i haven't payed and owe $15000 dollars in back support. but my court date was when i was in the hospital and i told my ex that but she would not inform the court when she went in and told them she did not know where i was. Now i found out i have a warrent for not showing up for court. what would be the Min. about i need to pay? ( know all of it would be ideal but i am unemployeed) Thanks for you help

You need to get a copy of the order for the issuance of the capias; it will have an amount in it.

You can get it at the courthouse.

You really should hire a lawyer.
