Can law enforcement really support you when you go to your ex's house with your decree when he is not following the papers on any issue?

No.

Some decrees have a special provision that says that a policeman can accompany you to your ex-wife's house when you go to pick up your child for visitation. It's limited to THAT.

Other provisions in decrees must be enforced by way of a lawsuit for contempt.
