Laws on how long a person can fight off a divorce
How long can the other party fight a divorce if both parties have been seperated for over 3 years. No children and they both never purchased or owned anything together.

Not sure what you mean by fighting off the divorce. However, if you file for a divorce in Texas, there are a few requirements you need to meet. You have to live in Texas for a specified time and also live in the county where you are filing for a specified length of time.
The other side may oppose the divorce, but usually that is temporary as they may argue for reasonable time to resolve the differences.
