Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Do I need a lawyer for an appeal

I have been served with what I have been told is a restricted appeal to a parental rights termination case. I want to know if I need a lawyer or if I can do something myself. I am a now single father trying to take care of twin 7 year olds and I just dont have the money to hire a lawyer if I dont need one. Thank you for your time.

Re: Do I need a lawyer for an appeal

If you know how to do this and all of the rules and procedures involved, then you don't need a lawyer. If you don't and you want to succeed, then you might consider hiring a lawyer.
