Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My lawyer just filed an Original Counterpetition in Pettion for Confirmation of Non Agreed Child Support Review Order. It all sounds wonderful, I am requesting custody, her to pay child support and health insurance, temporary restraining order, joint managing conservators custodialship between us both. It is requested that I have exclusive right to desinate the primary residence of the child. This all sounds great, but how likely is it to end up that I get this? My son, child support, her to pay my court costs and legal fees? Is this just a standard process?

You have to ask for it or you can't get it. Therefore, attorneys ask for everything initially.
If you have any questions about your case, you need to talk to your attorney.
I don't make psychic predications.
Lastly, you need to trust your attorney or hire a new one. When I litigated, I actually "fired" clients for "shopping" advice on the internet. I did not appreciate clients going behind my back and attempting to get advice from other attorneys. Only your attorney knows what is actually going on in your case. I have not talked to you and not read the pleadings in your case so there is no way that I can give you legal advice. It would be unethical for me to do so. This website is basically so that attorneys can direct people in the right direction. (If you read my answers on this website you will see a pattern -- I normally tell people to hire an attorney in their county.) So if your attorney finds out that you are on the internet attempting to get advice, don't be surprised if they withdraw from your case. In summary, you need to talk to your attorney about your case since your attorney knows the actual facts of your case.
Good luck!
