Lawyer Grievance

I want to know how to go about filing a lawyer grievance or even how to press charges on a lawyer.

If you go the the website of the State Bar of Texas it will provide you with the information about filing a grievance. You can't press "charges," that would imply a criminal matter and those are handled by DAs.
