Can a lawyer represent two different custodial parents against the same non-custodial parent they both have two different cases

As long as there is not a conflict of interest, a lawyer can represent two parties who have a case against the same person (in the same case OR in different legal cases). As a precaution, the lawyer should make sure his two clients are aware that he is representing them both so that there is no confusion. Presuming both clients know and agree with the representation by that same attorney, there isn't a problem.
