Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What can be done about a lawyer that is taking care of a divorce for my fianc� , he promise and convince him that for his attorney fees that he would that care of everything, the courts, having the papers served everything and now after paying him in full he is telling him that he didn't say all that to us

Look at what the fee agreement says. If you're not happy with your current lawyer you should speak with another lawyer in your area.
