Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am looking to leave my babys father. There is one count of documented family violence however he was told after his fines, year of probation, and anger management classes, that this would fall off of his record. Will this still show up if we have a custody battle and help me out? i also have pictures of a recent incident that was not documented, will this be an advantage for me?

The mere fact that something "falls off one's record" doesn't mean it never happened. In other words, regardless of what some official record shows or doesn't show, YOUR TESTIMONY IS GOOD EVIDENCE. You get to sit on the witness stand, swear to tell the truth, and then tell what really happened. You were there; you saw it.

Photographs are good evidence if they can be properly authenticated ("This photograph accurately represents what I saw that night; it has not been altered.").
