You can disown anyone you want in a will in Texas.
I urge you to hire an attorney to assist you.
Please don't buy an on-line kit or a will sold on t.v. or radio! These are sold by companies NOT in Texas!
Probate in Texas is cheap & easy if your will is done properly. If not, it will be a nightmare and expensive for your heirs. Please do it right - especially if you want to disown someone!
Your heirs will thank you!
Go to www.avvo.com or www.lawguru.com and check around. You can find a good attorney that won't charge a lot on one of these websites.
