I had to leave my husband in another state for safety reasons and took my child with me. How do I file for divorce if I just moved in with my parents in Texas.

You cannot file for divorce in Texas until you have lived here 6 continuous months and until you have lived in one county for 90 days of the last 6 months. You should hire an attorney or contact your local bar association or legal aid office for assistance with your divorce in Texas.
