right to leave state

Is it illegal,, when your are married,to leave with your child to texas when you live in tn and not come back?

Is it also true that if you file for divorce first you most likely get what you ask for in court?

Re: right to leave state

As a parent of a child, you can re-locate without any legal consequences. I don't think that the first-filer always gets what they want.
