Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I leave Texas and go to Louisiana with my children? I have no money and my parents live in Louisiana. I am not divorced or filed for divorce, but am fearful of my husband. My husband is aware that I am leaving.

If he does not care, then just go. Once you've been in LA for 6 months, file for divorce down there and you'll be fine.
