Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I leave the USA with my children?

I am still married but I am contemplating moving to Australia. I would eventually get a divorce. Will I be breaking any laws if I take my kids with me? They are 6 and 8 years old.

Thanks for your help

If there are no restraining orders, you may move and take your children with you when you move. If you take the children where they never or seldom see their father, that may well not be in the best interest of the children.
