You are technically a minor until you turn 18.

If your parents agree to it, then it won't be a problem.

If they don't want you to leave home, then it's just easier to stay until the clock strikes midnight on your birthday. At that moment, you are an adult and can do whatever you want. However, your parents might not let you take anything with you.
