Get a lawyer to assist you. A judge will not look well upon being kicked out with a child. Has a divorce been filed? Generally, once the court has jurisdiction, the court will restrict the residence of the child to the county (and contiguous counties) of the filing. There are exceptions, and there are other factors here. Talk to a lawyer immediately about your options.
