I'm having problems with my daughter's father. He is constantly harrassing me and uses vulgar language about me in front of my daughter and he has threatned me to hurt me or harm me in some way. He job is in law enforcement and I fear for myself well being. At this time I do not have the money to get legal advice. I need to know what I can do to stop the harrassments I receive from him.

You can go to the District Attorney's office an request to file a Protective Order. Usually no charge. Good Luck.
