At what age is a parent no longer legally responsible for a child?

Your question is extremely broad, but I will attempt to answer it.

Briefly, when a child turns 18 then the child is an adult and no longer a minor child.

For child support, when the child graduates from high school - even if the child is over 18.

If the child has any physical or mental problems that renders the child unable to support himself/herself, then the support can continue for the child's entire life, if so ordered by a court.
