Do I have a legal case to file legal action of a president of a large company th

I was involved in a common law marriage for thirteen years. About a year ago my wife went to work for a large plastics injections molding company.About six months after working there, she began having an affair with the President of the company.In January of 2000.,she left me and my two sons from our relationship.She will be leaving out of the State with this man.Is there any type of legal action I can take against his company or himself for their actions ? My children are extremely in need of counseling, and are also very heartbroken over this ordeal.

Interference with a marital relationship is not a legal action in Texas. This type of legal action went out of the law about 20 yeas ago.
