If a man has been found by a Judge in a final court decree to be the father of the child then that man is the father of the child.
Believe it or not, I know of several cases where a man has been declared to be the father of a child and he is not the blood-father of the child. In Harris County, the Judge refused to remove one man as the father and replace him with the real father even though both men and the mother of the child wanted to make a change.
In summary, stay away from this people. If they do not have a court order regarding visitation or a legal relationship with the child, then they have no rights to the child.

Neither this man nor his parents have any right to see your child unless this man is adjudicated by the court to be the biological father. In order for that to happen he will have to begin paternity proceedings to prove or rather challenge the paternity of the child. Whether denying his parents access to your child "will get you into trouble" or not depends on how you define trouble. If the facts as you have related them are accurate, then they have no legal right to demand to see your child.
