Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

if I have legal custody of my child and i want to sign the rights over temoarly to my aunt while i go to rehab can my husband take my daughter? He has her now because CPS took her and placed her there, but the case is closed now and I still have custody of her.

It is certainly possible that your husband could petition the court for custody. You should retain an attorney to represent you and your interests while in rehab. Kudos to you for getting help.
