Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have legal custody of my niece from another state her half sibling lives in texas wants custody of her now, and she went to the extreme of reporting child abuse and neglect. now i refuse to let her have 1 on 1 with the child without supervision. now she wants sibiling visitation rights. is there a such law in texas?

You need to talk to a qualified family law attorney. There are far to many additional questions that need to be asked before someone can give you an opinion.

What state do you live in? What is the other state? What type of "legal custody" do you have (Texas does not recognize the term "custody"; it might include conservatorship, possession, etc., all of which are something different)? Does any party still live in the original state? What was the result of the child abuse and neglect investigation?

Without knowing the answers to these, and many more questions, it is impossible to guess at your situation.
