Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

legal document

My ex aggreed to let my 13 and 15 year old children to come live with me. She said that we could try it on a temp basis. Right after they moved in, my ex had her attonery contact me with a ''temporay modification order''. The order is now with here waiting for her to agree. It has now been 9 months since this started. She has offered no assistance with the children, even though I told her it was not about the money, it was about what the kids want. Well, since then she has taken all of the ''good'' parts of the signed decree as well as the temp. mod. order which are not signed to her beneift. I can not afford to take her back to court, but feel that I will need to in order to ''wake' her up. Is this something I can do on my own? If so can you direct me to where I can locate the correct document?

Re: legal document

You really need to sit down with a good family law attorney in your area and go over all the details in this matter and discuss your options. This is more than can be addressed in an email.
