Is it legal for your parents to kick you out of there house if your still in high school, but you just turned 18?

And if so do they have to give you money by law?

When you turn 18, you are legally an adult. If one parent is receiving child support for you, then an argument could be made that you are entitled to have that child support money as long as you remain in high school. Otherwise, there's not much you can do except to contact CPS who can find a temporary place while you are in school or help place you with another relative. Then your parents would probably have to pay child support until you graduate.
