Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Legal proceeding

Can a jury trial be set for custody suit by a joint conservator, after a court date has already been set to finalize a temporary order to modify visitation by the managing conservator? The court date would be prior to the one already scheduled.

It is the Court that sets the dates, especially for jury trials. I assume you have an attorney. He or she is the one you need to be talking to. If you don't have an attorney, you need to find a good family law attorney as quickly as possible. A jury trial is not a DYI kind of thing!!!
