What legal rights do I have to my unborn grandchild?

You need to talk to an experienced family law attorney in the county in which the mother lives for the answer.

Basically, their is no "living" child at this time so you have no rights at this time. I cannot answer any further since your "rights" flow through the parent.

You really need to sit down and discuss this matter with an attorney in person.
