Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Legal termination of parent-child relationship

How can I legally terminate parent-child relationship from my son, so as to relieve me of all parenting responsiblities ? (ie,child support, insurance, visits,etc...) I basically no longer wish to be his Father.

You can file a petition with the Court that has jurisdiction over the child (if there is one). I must tell you some courts will not allow you to terminate your right and responsibilities to avoid child support.
