Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Legal videotaping
The mother of my child and I are going through a visitation disagreement, there are no legal papers as of this moment and I am the non-custodial parent. Today when I went to pick up and drop off my daughter, she had her finacee' videotaping us. I was wondering if she legally has the right to do that with out my consent and has to make it known to me the purpose of videotaping the pick up and drop off of my daughter? We have had 6 visits since March 11th and have never had any conflict between the 2 of us before today. She also stated to me that she did not want my daughter, while she is in my care, to be around my friends brother because of his ''past''. She does not feel that he is a safe person to be around. He has never hurt a child in his life and I believe that he is a safe person for my daughter to be around. She has never been around him in the past. Does the mother of my child have the right to deem who my child is around while my child is in my custody?

Re: Legal videotaping
I think you may already have an attorney who should be answering these questions. If you don't, you should get one. Trying to represent yourself in a custody case is really not a good idea.
