Legality of Online Ordination
Would a wedding, in the state of Texas, (Galveston county) performed by a person who was ordaned instantly online through the Universal Life Church (ULC.org) be legal?

If nothing else, you would be common law married. A common law marriage occurs in Texas when all three of the following are present:
1. Live together as man and wife;
2. Present yourselves as man and wife; and
3. Agree to be married.

If the person is ordained minister then the
State of Texas recognizes them as a minister.
The State of Texas can't determine who is a minister - separation of church and state issue.
