Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Is there anything that can be done legally about a father who rarely shows up for his court-ordered visitation? He has completed Phase 1, which was 6 months or 24 2-hr supervised Saturday visits (took him one year). He began Phase 2 on March 2, 6 months or 24 8-hr unsupervised Saturday visits. He came once & hasn't returned. He doesn't call, text or write his 5 year old daughter. During the first phase, he would say he was coming and then cancel or not schedule any visits for a month or more. During this phase, after the first visit,he only said he was coming once (Mother's Day weekend), but cancelled. Then his car burned up & he said he didn't know when he would be back. It's going on 3 months without a word to his daughter from him. He only pays CS when the AG sends him/his employer a new letter. He lives in San Antonio (2 hrs from us). Any advice would be helpful.Thank you.

What do you want to do about it? Sounds like you have the situation most mothers want--no visits from dad but at least an occasional child support check. Maybe repost your question and explain what you wish could be done.
