Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have not legally married the dad of my 5 kids but we have lived together for sometime and plan to get married. I want to get child support set up just in case. He also has one child before we met that he pays on. We are in Texas/ Hoe much % is taken and how is it divided between me and the other mom?

If you and he live together with the kids, a judge won't order him to pay child support. It is assumed that he is providing a roof over their heads and that they are eating food out of his refrigerator; why should he be ordered to pay money to you?
