Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm legally married to someone but we've been separated for about 10 years. She recently announced that she got married to someone else. What can I do to legally get out of this marriage with her?

You'll need to divorce her. Her other "marriage" is actually not valid, and she could be charged with bigamy for entering into it, but her marriage to you will remain valid unless and until one of you dies or does something to legally dissolve it, no matter how awful her behavior. On the bright side, I can't imagine that she'd be interested in causing a fuss and dragging things out, so I would think it should be a fairly simple divorce. Good luck.
