Can you legally move out at the age of 17 in the state of Texas, if you attended school,work two jobs and have your own apartment and car?

You cannot move out against your parents' wishes until you are 18. If you are truly self-sufficient, you can file a petition for removal of disabilities of minority (which your parents or a guardian ad litem/amicus will have to verify). If you can convince the court that this is in your best interest (not just what you WANT to do) and you can convince the court that you are truly self-sufficient, you have a good chance.
