Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Legally what do I do?

My ex has told me that he is using my daughter as a weapon to tear up my life durring his visitations. This last weekend he broke court order by keeping her past 6pm on sunday. Then he had the nerve to call CPS and tell them that I abuse all of my children, which I don't. CPS told me it was going to be 30 days before they decide what to do, do I have to let him see her in that time or would I just be breaking the same courtorder if I didnt???

Yes you would. You need to get a court order for supervised visitation. Your daughter would need to talk to a psychologist or social worker (perhaps you could cooperate with CPS - they have trained personnel - although they are very stressed) But, your assistance, cooperation and presence might be the most valuable thing at this time.
