Letter to winner of lawsuit

We lost in a lawsuit involving an inheritance. We want to write a letter to the winner telling them we know she defrauded an elderly person. (Anna Nicole Smith type situation). Can we get in trouble legally for writing the letter?

It depends on what you write, but you should be relatively safe it the letter is only seen by the winner and it is one person.
