Going in a lion's Den
I am going to medation in a few days. I have a feeling that it wont go well because I will not agree with SAFE. SAFE exchange yes but not safe visit. which will leave me going pro say to trial. I am going in front of the judge in the 245th Harris county. If i want to bring in witness what must i do to make sure they get on the stand. and second my wife will try to call my Mother in law...she has not been around until for any part of our marriage. I would like to Object to her getting on the stand how would i do this. I want a jury trail also how would i go about getting that. Thanks for your assistance.

There are many books on questions to ask witnesses and how to introduce documents into evidence.
Go to your local law library. If you live in Harris County, it's located downtown in the Jury
Assembly Bldg.
The 245th Court has a long list of requirements that need to be done BEFORE the jury trial. You can get their requirements from the court coordinator.

I have to tell you if you don't know how to be a lawyer, you're not going to learn in a few days. You should consider this at mediation. Otherwise, do as Ms. Brochstein says. We have both spent long nights preparing for trials.
