I live in calif. my ex-husband violated court orders requiring him to pay me from the sale of our family home, he stole my money and used it to purchase a home in texas which is a debtor friendly state. How do I force him to sell his home and pay me

You usually cannot force a person to sell their home in Texas. You can get a judgement and try to collect the money that is owed to you. I assume that the divorce was done in CA so talk to a CA attorney about your next step. If it's a TX divorce then talk to a TX attorney.
