Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Dallas county in Texas. I will be filing for a divorce soon, and will be moving to a different county. What are the laws for taking my children with me?

If you're planning to file in Dallas County, you'll want to take a look at what's called the Dallas County Standing Order, especially the part that has to do with "disruption of children." Here's the link:

Other than this standing order, there are no particular laws in the Family Code that apply to you moving out and taking your children with you.
