Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Dallas Tx. My boyfriend has been financially supporting me for 5 years. We have lived together off and on. He has been paying for me to go to college and I do not work. Cable and internet bills are in his name, he also pays for all other bills such as rent, cell and electicity as well as giving me a check for $500 wk grocery and misc. money. He has left me. I am now penniless with no job and a 12 child to support (not his). We had a verbal agreement that he would never to just up and leave. He said he loved me and wanted to marry me. Does the law allow any immediate relief for me? I am afraid I am going to be evicted , and lose my car. I have no family and nowhere to go.

You're probably out of luck.

While you were living together, did you represent yourselves as being married? Did you file joint tax returns?
