Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i currently live in el paso tx. Id like to move to fort worth texas and file for divorce from my husband but we have a 5 month old son together. Can i leave the county if we have no custody arrangements

Yes. You can live in any county you want to.

You can't file for divorce in your new county until you've lived there for 90 days.
